RETURN POLICY
WE SEE NO REASON WHY YOU'D EVER WANT TO RETURN A WSM PIECE. HENCE, WE OPERATE ON A STRICT "NO REFUND, ALL SALES ARE FINAL" POLICY. HOWEVER, YOU CAN CONTACT US IF THERE SEEMS TO BE ANY FAULT WITH IN THE ARTICLE OF CLOTHING THAT WAS NOT CAUSED BY YOURSELF OR COURIER HANDLING (I.E. FACTORY DEFAULTS). FOR EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES, ALL CANCELLED ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE.
EXCHANGE
WSM DOES OFFER SIZE EXCHANGES IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA ARE MET:
- ITEM IS IN PERFECT, SELLABLE CONDITION WITH ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- THE EXCHANGE PROCESS IS INITIATED AT LEAST WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED.
- YOUR DESIRED SIZE IS STILL IN STOCK.
SHIPPING
ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM THE UK. YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELIVERED TO YOU BY EITHER THE LOCAL POST OFFICE OR A LOCAL COURIER DEPENDING ON YOUR AREA. IF YOU ARE NOT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY IS MADE, A NOTICE CARD MAY BE LEFT BY THE POSTAL SERVICE TO ADVISE ON HOW AND WHERE YOUR DELIVERY CAN BE COLLECTED. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS WITH A NORMAL DELIVERY TIME OF 2 TO 5 WORKING DAYS. WE ALSO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. THE COST FOR DELIVERY IS CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT. WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE IF WE ARE PROVIDED WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS.
